1. Concept Approval

A concept is considered approved or validated when the Client either:

• Formally approves one or more of the initial logo concepts
• Submitting a revision on a selected concept
• By email confirmation

Entering the revision phase constitutes acceptance of the delivered concepts in their initial form.

2. Full Refund Guarantee

The Client may request a full refund if they are not satisfied with the logo design, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is made before concept validation and before any revisions are requested.
• The request is submitted within seven calendar days of delivery of the logo presentation.

Once revisions are requested, the project is only eligible for a partial refund of 30-50%.

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

If more than seven calendar days have passed since delivery of the logo presentation, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:

• Requests made between seven and twenty one calendar days after concept validation may qualify for a partial refund ranging between 30–50%, depending on the project stage and work completed.
• Client enters the revision phase, but is still not satisfied.

4. Non Refundable Conditions

Refunds cannot be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• Twenty one or more calendar days have passed since delivery of the logo presentation.
• The client has accepted the logo.
• Final or source project files have been delivered to the Client.

Exceptions

PegasusMark operates on honesty and professionalism. Exceptions may apply only in cases of proven accidental plagiarism or technical errors, including incorrect file formats, missing files, or corrupted deliverables.

5. Client Inactivity

If the Client does not provide clear, actionable feedback or instructions within twenty one calendar days of delivery or last communication, the project will be marked as completed.

In such cases:

• The work will be delivered in its current state.
• No additional revisions or refunds will be permitted.

We try to reach out to the client with the best of our abilities, but collaboration is necessary for a successful project.

6. Resolution Before Refund

Before processing any refund request, PegasusMark may attempt to resolve the issue by offering one or more of the following options:

• Direct one on one support with the founder Eron Rrafshi, or a project manager.
• Reassignment of the project to a different designer.
• Provision of an additional logo concept or design direction.

These options are offered in good faith to ensure the best possible outcome for both parties.

8. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used by the Client.
• Processing times depend on the Client’s bank or payment provider.
• All refunds are documented and logged within the project records for transparency.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the Client must submit the following information in the email hello@pegasusmark.com, and we will get back with a confirmation in less than 14 days. Kindly send us the following:

• Company name.
• A clear explanation of the issue or concern.

All requests are reviewed fairly and collaboratively, with the goal of reaching the most appropriate resolution.
