Refund

PegasusMark is committed to delivering high-quality branding and logo design services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

By purchasing our services, the Client agrees to the terms below.

  1. Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be requested if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made before concept approval or validation

  • No revisions have been requested

  • The request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery of the initial logo concepts

Once a concept is approved or the revision phase begins, the project is no longer eligible for a full refund.

  1. Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted between seven (7) and twenty-one (21) calendar days after delivery

  • The Client has entered the revision phase but remains unsatisfied

Partial refunds range between 30% and 50%, depending on:

  • Project stage

  • Work completed

  • Resources allocated

The exact percentage is determined at PegasusMark’s discretion.

  1. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds cannot be issued if any of the following apply:

  • Twenty-one (21) or more calendar days have passed since delivery

  • The logo or brand assets have been accepted

  • Final files or source files have been delivered

  • The project has been marked as completed due to client inactivity

  1. Client Inactivity

If the Client fails to provide clear feedback or communication within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the last delivery or message:

  • The project will be marked as completed

  • Work will be delivered in its current state

  • No refunds or additional revisions will be granted

Active collaboration is required for a successful outcome.

  1. Resolution Before Refund

Before issuing any refund, PegasusMark may attempt to resolve the issue by offering:

  • Direct one-on-one support with the founder or project manager

  • Reassignment to a different designer

  • An additional logo concept or design direction

These options are offered in good faith to achieve the best possible result.

  1. Exceptions

Refund exceptions may apply only in cases of:

  • Proven accidental plagiarism

  • Technical errors such as incorrect formats, missing files, or corrupted deliverables

Each exception is reviewed individually and fairly.

  1. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times depend on the Client’s bank or payment provider

  • All refunds are documented internally for transparency

  1. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the Client must email hello@pegasusmark.com
with:

  • Company name

  • Clear explanation of the issue

All requests are reviewed carefully, and a confirmation response is provided within 14 days.
